Hydraulic anti-roll bars
HEMSCHEIDT Rail’s hydraulic anti-roll bars (HEHARB) are innovative solutions for the hydraulic roll stabilization of rail vehicles. They offer a high-performance alternative to traditional mechanical anti-roll bars. Particularly at high speeds and variable load conditions, their dynamic stability, high adaptability and improved ride comfort provide excellent results.
This is achieved through the use of vertically aligned hydraulic cylinders that replace the secondary dampers and the mechanical roll stabilizer. The cylinders are connected via pressure lines to a central valve block that precisely regulates the damping parameters and the roll rate.
